Dr. Wakabayashi won the Global Health Yong Encouragement Award 2022.

The Global Health Yong Encouragement Award is given to young researchers who have made contributions that meet the objectives of the “Global Health Medical Care Strategy 2020” by the National Center for Global Health and Medicine. The award ceremony was health on March 22, 2023.
